Wanderlust for the Eyes: Videos

We spent time adventuring with Wild West Jeep Club during their 5th Annual Jeepin' and Campin' weekend in Logandale, Nevada, at the end of April. Trails we tackled were 13 Mile Loop and Rockin' the Narrows...and although no crazy rock crawling, we had a lot of laughs and some funny moments with jeep-minded friends. We took a day trip to Gold Butte National Monument just outside of Mesquite, Nevada, and visit the other world terrain of Little Finland!

We keep things "interesting" in this episode as Lou attempts to cook meatballs in the crockpot in the bed of the Gladiator while we hit the trail to Cathedral Canyon! Did we succeed? And while there, we visit our land and start guess-timating the layout of our future homestead. We had an incredible time as first-timers at the 2023 Winter 4x4 Jamboree. We tackled some smaller obstacles and got VERY dirty...but that's part of the fun, right? We have a fence on our Pahrump off-grid property! The Tiberti Fence Company did an AMAZING job with the installation, and we couldn't be happier. This short little video is a sneak peek at our first glimpse seeing our fenced-in 2.5 acres of future Pahrump, Nevada homestead property. We ventured out onto the trail with Wild West Jeep Club here in Las Vegas! This route took us out to the historic Pioneer Saloon via the Mt Potosi trail entrance, and we experienced a perfect mix of snow and mud.

Just a quick birthday visit to a popular little ghost town in Nevada called Nelson. Located about an hour outside Las Vegas, it's an easy road trip with lots of antique car eye candy to soak up and adore. We've got some big adventures planned for 2023, so don't forget to subscribe.
